Time Sheet / Pay Checks
- You must have your signed timesheet turned in no later than Monday at 5:00PM following the week worked. Any time reported late will not be paid until the following pay period. Payday is Thursday. (Forging of a timesheet is a criminal offense and we will prosecute.)
- You will be subject to MINIMUM WAGE if you walk off a job.
Assignment Complete
- It is your responsibility to notify Staff Sense of your availability for work a minimum of 2 times per week.
- You must notify Staff Sense when you complete an assignment.
- Failure to do these two things will result in voluntary termination and may result in denial of any state unemployment benefits due you.
In Case of an Accident
- You must immediatley report any on-the-job injury to your supervisor and to Staff Sense.
- Drug testing is mandatory with every incident.
